✈︎ Sharing my global travels staying in luxury and unique hotels, eating and drinking in some of the best restaurants, and visiting some of the world’s most hidden and beautiful historic landmarks! | I am an L.A.-based historian who got her star...
This hotel is both beautiful and conveniently located to many of the most popular sites in Rome! It is also across the street from the Borghese Gardens which is a plus! You can walk to the Spanish Steps, Trevi, Pantheon and the train station all from the hotel. The hotel is also incredibly helpful at arranging travel and giving recommendations! Perfect for couples and solo travelers!
Maybe having a water taxi be able to drop you off RIGHT at your hotel's private water dock isn't on your list of necessities when visiting Venice, but maybe it should be! This hotel is so conveniently located to the train station making travel to other cities in Italy a breeze, it's also next to the water bus making getting around the city super easy as well. It is on the Grand Canal in the desirable and more local-feeling neighborhood of Cannaregio and it has its own covered patio where you can enjoy morning coffee or evening wine. Rooms are small but it's Venice so that's to be expected! The view from our bathroom was my favorite!
